    Does по mean from or of?

    Здесь по значит, что совещание показывают по какому-то (ОПК?) телевизионному каналу.

    ОПК should mean - Оборонно-промышленный комплекс (России).

    Is on preposition still correct?

    Нет, тогда перевод будет: Совещание по ОПК = Совещание на тему/ на предмет/ по вопросу ОПК.
    Meeting would be about the OПК.
    Topic of the meeting is the ОПК
