    нести and носить

From my limited understanding and from what you taught my I understood that some verbs of movement can have a concrete and an abstract form. For example ходить and идти. The first, abstract verb, indicates a habit or a frequent action (например. Когда я был молодым я ходил в русскую музыкальную школу) and the latter, concrete verb, indicates an action that happens once (например. Вчера она пошла к своей тете). As I understood нести and носить despite the fact that are not глагол движения share the same characteristics.
нести: Сейчас я несу сумку на урок
ности: Обычно я не ношу сумку на урок
My problem is to understand which is the несовершенный вид of this verbs:
    нести /понести ?
    носить /поносить?
And also is there a chance the несовершенный вид of both verbs to be the same.

Please correct my whole intuition if I am doing a mistake
Чем больше слов, тем меньше они стоят.

Your sentences are right (note the comma!).

Both "нести" and "носить" ARE несовершенный вид
Probably, you wanted to ask about the совершенный вид?

It depends on additional semantic nuances.
нести - понести (to start carrying): Я понёс сумку домой. (I have started carrying the bag to home, I am on my way now, the emphasize is on movement which has just started).
нести - унести (to carry away): Он унёс сумку. (He left with the bag, and the bag is no longer here - maybe he is still on his way, maybe not, I don't care, the emphasize is on the fact the bag has gone).
нести - отнести (to carry to somewhere, the whole way): Он отнёс сумку к другу. (He took the bag from here and brought it to his friend, the bag in no longer here, it is at his friend's place - the emphasize is on the fact the bag has made its whole way from here to his friend).
нести - принести (to carry to somewhere, arriving): Он принёс сумку домой. (He came home with the bag in his hand - the emphasize is on arriving).
нести - донести (finally reach the destination): Он донёс сумку до дома. (He has carried the bag as far as to home - the emphasize is on reaching some point, not necessarily it is the final point, it may be an intermediate point as well).
    and some others.

носить - поносить (it can mean "to carry a while"): Он поносил сумку и устал. (He walked for a while with carrying the bag - direction unspecified - , and so he got tired).

Well, they ARE verbs of motion. Why not? They imply motion.

The model of stable and unambiguous perfective-impefective verb couples is oversimplified IMO. Perfective and imperfective verbs are different verbs. Use prefixes and you will get perfective verbs of the same root.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?
