Yes, you can:
Мы пошли гулять с Иваном, Петром и Игорем.
or
Мы с красивой девушкой гуляли по парку.

Actually, what I already wrote, the main part is "мы". (Or it can be "вы", "они" etc.)
What you add using "с" is just a more detailed clarification of who is included.

To make it easier, think of it this way:
Мы с тобой пошли гулять. = We (including you) went for a walk.
Мы с ним учимся в университете. = We (including him) study at a university.
Does it make sense?
