    Выпусти собаку? and usage question...

Is this how I would say "Let the dog out" as in let the dog go outside and go to the bathroom or let the dog out of the cage?

    Thanks!

It can mean both. Look at the context.
But since I haven't seen a Russian dog kept in cage (yet? ) it probably means letting it out of the house or another room where it was locked (if they live in the apartment).

Oh, I didn't see it anywhere.

I was just wondering if I was using the verb right.

    Thanks!

And, as long as I'm here (even though this should go in the other forum) -

How would you say, "I was just wondering if I was using the verb right."

Unfortunately, I can't type in Russian on this computer (without using an onscreen keyboard), so...

Mne prosto xotelos' by znat', izpol'zovat' li glogol pravil'no. (or is it izpol'zovat'sya li glogol...)

    (Sorry about the writing)

    Thanks again!

I can recommend http://translit.ru/ since I'm pretty much in the same position as you.

    Crocodile -

Thanks! That's awesome. I used to have a Russian keyboard on this computer, but this computer has gone down the toilet.

    Полуношник - Thanks!
