It is on the upper left--with the tilde (~) and the backtick (`); below <ESC> and to the right of !/1. "Ё" is with the <SHIFT> depressed, and "ё" isn't, of course. That's if you're using the same keyboard I am, anyway. (A "standard" Russian one set up on Windows, not a homophonic one.) You ought to printout your keyboard, uppercase & lowercase, so you have it to refer to. It helps especially with the special characters.
