My dictionary says (meanings 4) and 5) are slangish):

ТАЩИТЬСЯ
1) (тянуться по земле) trail along

2) (с трудом двигаться) drag oneself along
еле тащиться — drag one's feet; be barely able to walk
3) (следовать за кем-л) trail along (behind); follow

5) (затащиться) (от; испытывать наркотический кайф) get high (on drugs)
