"Я не знал, что сделал так много ошибок". There must be a comma before что (that) in such sentences as "I said that sth./sb. did..." Personal pronouns are usually dropped when they are used for the second time in such small sentences. "ошибки" must be in genetive (ошибок) after the word много.

Chaika is right about expresing gratitude here. I would translate in a more formal and polite way - "Я благодарен Вам за Вашу помощь". But in your translation the real mistake is only in the word твой - it should be твою (feminine pronoun in the accusative case).

A more informal, correct and casual way of expressing gratitude here would be just "Спасибо за помощь" :)
