It's a wordplay. ТУ-154 is an airplane:

It's name used as a part of the phrase, which means roughly "(I did) that (girl) 154 (times), and mine not once".
(the words in brackets are not spelled, but they are rather obvious from the context)
“...and never did mine” is more correct.
