How would you translate this?

Нет, это не "если бы вы только видели меня". :lol: Это устойчивое выражение, ни о каком пословном переводе не может быть и речи. Выражение означает именно would be gone in a flash, "я бы быстренько смылся", поверь.)

It means "You only saw me", without "if". It's standard meaning of the expression "только и" - "nothing more than".

"Not seeing" is implied:
You would see me leaving and, consequently, you would not see me anymore.
