what could "сиськатого" mean ? concerning a blog, a design or I dunno what...

Сиськатого is a mangled variant of "сисястый/сисястого" or "сиськастый/сиськастого", it means "with [big] tits". It's a masculine adjective, so it sounds a bit weird, like definition of a man who has a female looking chest. Also, it can be an attribute of some action or, for example, a game, like "сисястый футбол", it means the women who play the game (football is masculine in Russian) have big tits.
Anyway, it's a slang, so it's uncommon.
