Hey everyone,

I have been trying to learn some cooking terms and recipes. Could anyone help me correct what I have written into Russian?

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, and peel. Slice eggs in half, and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.

Положить яйца в кастрюлю и налить холодной водой. Довести воду до кипения и сразу снять с огня. Покрыть и дать яйца настояться в горячей воде с 10 до 12 минут. Снять с горячей воды, охладить и очистить. Разрезать яйца пополам, и выпустить желток в mixing bowl.

In the bowl with the yolks, combine the avocado, cilantro, green onion, and jalapeno. Stir in the lime juice, and season with salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Mix well, and fill empty egg white halves. Chill until serving. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.

В bowl с желтками, замешать авокадо, петрушку, зелёный лук и халапеньо. Замешать лаймовый сок, и приправить солью, острым соусом, вустерским соусом и горчицей. Хорошо замешать и наполнить empty egg white halves. Остудить до serving. Перед тем как подать, посыпать паприкой.
