There is a noun материалист or материалистка, which pretty much denote people who only care about tangible assets, money or profit in particular. I suggest you just replace материалистичные девушки with материалистки. Anyway, google seems to have some examples with материалистичные люди, not many though, but I suppose you can go along материалистичные девушки if you want, doesn't sound well to my ear though.

BTW, разбалованные, but it's usually about kids being or have been spoiled by their parents, I suggest you can use it if you bring up who or what spoiled them or if the proper context is due, but a more general word for this that doesn't really require an explanation of sorts would be избалованные.
