"Липа вековая" - Another great poem!

Another great song I heard (this time from Devyatov), another one that displays suffering. Can someone check my translation (it is not meant to be a rendering)?

"Липа вековая"
The perpetual lime-tree

Липа вековая
Над рекой шумит
Песня удалая
Вдалеке звенит

The perpetual limetree
Rustles over the river
A daring song
Sounds from a far

Луг покрыт туманом
Словно пеленой
Слышен за курганом
Звон сторожевой

The meadow is covered by fog
Just like the altar-cloth
One can hear from the burial mound
The sound of the guard

Этот звон унылый
Давно прошлых дней
Пробудил, что было
В памяти моей

This gloomy sound
Of long past days
Awoke all that was
In my memory

Вот все миновало
Я уж под венцом
Молодца сковали
Золотым кольцом

All flashed by me
When I was under the wreath
When the couple forged
A golden ring

Только не с тобою
Милая моя
Спишь ты под землею
Спишь из-за меня

But not with you
My dearest darling
You are sleeping beneath me
You are sleeping because of me

Над твоей могилой
Соловей поёт
Скоро и твой милый
Тем же сном уснёт

Over your tombstone
The nightingale sings
Soon your darling will also
Sleep the same dream

This gloomy chime
Of the bygone days
Awoke all that was
In my memory

The time has gone by so fast
Now I'm on the point of wedding
The brave is chained
With a golden ring

But not with you,
Dearest darling,
You are sleeping belowground
Because of me

Over your tombstone

Soon your darling will also
Sleep the same dream
