It apparently has to do with some people, group, mentioned in the Ukraine, since Maidan, but I'm still unclear. (pro/anti- Russian), from an area (town) of "Крама", "Краматор"? Does the word have more symbolic significance? Shouldn't there be a dictionary entry somewhere?--At least an entry in "Wictionary"??!!
