How do you sing happy birthday song in russian? Is there such a thing in Russian? Do you sing a song? If so, what is the song? Thanks

We usually sing a song Каравай, actually it is not a song it's a game for little kids. The word каравай means "a big round bread", the game description you can find HERE.

There's also a translation of the English "Happy birthday" (but often people sing it in English too)
С днём рожденья тебя,
C днём рожденья тебя.
С днём рожденья, с днём рожденья.
С днём рожденья тебя.

The third line is often changed for example, if it's your mother's birthday you can say "С днём рождения, мамуля ". Often it is "С днём рожденья, дорогой(ая) [name]" and the words "дорогой(ая) [name]" are pronounced very quickly so that it doesn't fall much out of rhyme.

Probably it's "Много лет"(without o at the end), but I don't know this song.

No, I don't think it was that. It was a birthday song. Maybe it was just something they made up.
