Can someone please help me with the translation of this? Here it is again:

Straight into english would be fantastic but just translated into cyrillic would be a great help.

It could be "Повесть о вечном безвременье" - "A story of everlasting hard times" (Povest' o vechnom bezvremen'e). Does it make sense? Did you check a spelling?

I found a book, called "Повесть о вечном безвременье: Монография о судьбе и творчестве С.И. Виткевича, классика польской литературы XX в. " - is it this book you are talking about?
