Thread: В ресторане

Two friends go to a restorant. There the waitress reads a long series of dishes that are in the menu. The friends say:

А- Подождите, подождите! После такой закуски я вообще ничего не смогу съесть!
Б- Я тоже. Знаете что, принесите нам холодную закуску, чтоб было всего понемножку, но не слишком много, то есть, ассорти.
Оф.: Прекрасно. И водку, конечно?

What the second friend says is in what I have some problem. I don't know if he addresses (with formal Вы) to his friend or to the waitress, or to both, or (and this is what I think) may be some error in the text.

Would you translate this second phrase? Thanks

К официантке ясен пень. И никакой ошибки здесь нет.

He addresses the waitress politely (Вы-form of address)

You know, could you bring us cold snacks, so that there is a little of everything, but not too much. An assortment, that is.

You know what, bring us some cold hors d'oeuvres, a little bit of everything but not too much, a mixed plate so to speak.
