    This is Belorussian word. Originally it is spelled “Батькiвщина” and means “Motherland”. In your post it stands in Genitive case.

    Belorussian only? Not Ukrainian as well?

    (And, whence "батька" is "father", It probably should be translated as "Fatherland".)
