    Translation help

I can't work out what this sentence means because I can't find that word anywhere. Can anyone help?

    А теперь я немного потренируюсь в английском

All I can get is: And now I *do something* a little in Russian

    Thanks

потренироваться= the perfective (I guess) of тренироваться : to practise, to train.

It's a russified loan word - look at the stem: потренироваться....

Ой, голова у меня кружится |-P ...... and my brain hurts too....

Actually, I dont think that its a perfect form of "тренироваться"
Потренироваться means "немного тренироваться" i.e. to train a little, not seriously, not with full devotion.
it usually uses with adverbs like "немного, чуть чуть, слегка" which mean that action will be carrying out not thoroughly.

    perfect form is "натренироваться"
