    What does it say on these labels?

    These are labels on the fabric on sale in Belarus.
    (This is a fantastic place to buy fabric and haberdashery equipment. That linen to the left for example, is top quality!)

    I think it's hard to read the hand writing and understand what the abbreviation stands for.

    But I would guess that it is about the width of the fabric, the quality and the price per metre.

    ткань = fabric
    скатерть = tablecloth

    льняной
    linen cloth — льняная ткань

    Тк. = Ткань / Fabric
    п/э = полиэстр / Polyester
    виск.= вискоза / Viscose
    л. = лен / Linen
    х. = хлопок / Cotton
    арт. =Артикул / the producer's or vendor's code
    ш / шир. = ширина / width
    г. Орша = город Орша / the city (Orsha) where it was produced

    Left = Fabric for tablecloth. Linen 100%. Width 155 cm. Produced in Orsha.
    Middle = Fabric for dress. Linen 20%, Polyester 40%, Viscose 40%. Width 150 cm. Produced in Russia.
    Right = Fabric for bed-clothes. Linen 63%, Cotton 37%. Width 150 cm. Produced in Orsha.
