very short translation

Hi, can you please be so kind to translate this from english to russian? Thank you. I have to send a SMS in Russia :)

"Dear Viktorovna, I am the guy from Italy whom called you friday (you spoke with my friend Noemi) looking for a room in Moscow, Danilo gave me your number. Since I need further informations, can you be so kind to create an e-mail address and then write me an empty e-mail to this address (..my address...)? Than I will write you, and so we will have the chance to be in touch. Thank you in advance, I hope to have soon news from you".

First of all, you can't address someone you hardly know "Viktorovna", it's just a patronymic. It is considered a familiarity to use it, only people who know each other very well can use it without the risk of being misunderstood, like old buddies etc. In Russian we don't use "dear" towards strangers either.
I would omit it and use just a simple greeting.

Also this part is slightly confusing: "whom called you friday".
Who called you Friday = который звонил Вам в пятницу
Whom you called Friday = которому Вы звонили
I may conclude the mysterious Viktorovna called you, as she spoke to you friend.

I would write it so:
"Здравствуйте!
Я - итальянец, который звонил Вам в пятницу [or которому Вы звонили, see above] (Вы разговаривали с моей подругой Ноэми). Я ищу комнату в Москве, Данило дал мне Ваш номер телефона. Не могли бы Вы создать (or зарегистрировать) электронный почтовый ящик и отправить пустое сообщение на адрес ...@...? Мне нужна дополнительная информация и мне бы хотелось иметь возможность переписываться с Вами. Заранее спасибо! Надеюсь скоро получить от Вас сообщение."

You are right. Two things:

1) The name and patronimic is Valentina Viktorovna

2) My friend Noemi called her (from Italy to Russia) friday for me, I was there but just listening, beacuse my russian is still very bad :(

Noemi is a female name I assume.

This looks pretty understandable to me. I tried to preserve the original as much as possible, though had to change it a bit to look more Russian. ))

"You are always in my thoughts" sounds not very natural in translation. I suggest "Ты навсегда в моём сердце" = "You are always in my heart", if it is not too romantic for your case. :)

and "I always think about you" ?

maybe "you are always in my heart" is too much rmantic :D :D
