Iz vsekh tsvetov takoy, kak ty, ya ne vstrechal!
Hey, mooman! How are you, boet? What have become of our "version 1.0"? :D
Sredi vseh tsvetov i rasteniy nikogda ya ne znal takogo je krasivogo, kak ty.
Цветы = растения, aren't they?Quote:

Цветок - это УЖЕ растение, дорогой мистер Тэйлорз! :)
Цветок - это часть растения. Кроме цветов у растения есть стебли, листья и корни.Quote:

Другой пример: "Смотри, какой цветок красивый". В этом примере, как правило, говорящий предлагает осмотреть всё растение, обратив при этом особое внимание на цветы.
Да, но это не отменяет того, что растения не цветковые могут быть красивыми. Странно представить себе перевод trees в данном контексте как "деревьев". Среди всех цветов и деревьев, кхм... Не поэтично звучит.Quote:

tdk
Of course I keep strict transliteration. And I know no person who would say "ово" instead of "ogo", even if a word, for example, "никого" is pronounced by most people as "никово" doesn't mean it must be transliterated with "v". As for me, I always pronounce "g" instead of "v", just a habit.

Quote:

Hi rytom i msged u and you never replyed lol version 1.0 went down well although it took me forever to write it by hand :) and to translate it for myslelf lol took even longer , I have been slack ( south african slang for lazy ) and also a bit busy so my russian has unfortunately not improved as fast as i wanted it to . It is hard to pronouce for me , easier for me than some because of my other language Afrikaans but still I use throat and mouth muscles I never knew I had :) hahaha thank you everyone for helping but now who is right for there are 2 translations i see there. is yours or vincent tailors correct.???
Why didn't any of the forum's translations have the trees in it? Tailor's is: From all the plants and flowers, I never met one as beautiful as you! :lol: I don't think plants is what mooman wants to say. how about:Quote:

vinnie whats the english translation of what you are saying
Of all the trees and flowers (here blossoms == flowers), you are the most beautiful I have met!
I must've missed that or I'd been too busy (but who's free in our time? I still have the same difficulties to take myself through).Quote:

You can take any translation you like. It's not a big deal when it comes to expression of your own feelings to a girl... It's better to choose with your heart.
