Thread: speeding workshop etc

ok, a couple of words here.
1 = speeding workshop. this is what i have to go on to avoid getting points on my license after i was flashed by a speed camera. (second day back in england and i get busted )

2 = skip. not the joyful gait, but the thing builders put rubbish / materials from the job they're working on. ive seen the word бункер used, but russians tell me its not quite it. i pointed to one and asked my gf what it was and she wasnt sure of the word

so is there a standard word or is it contextually translated like recycling???
