Russian to English - one strange word missing

когда мне исполнилось 18 лет ноша семья переехала в xxx

I got the above sentence in a mail, and can't understand it. Something like:
When I became 18 y.o. load/burden familily moved to xxx.

Does ноша семья mean "the whole family" ? Writing erorr on her part - or omission from the dictionary ?

I believe she could have meant "наша" meaning "our". If she wrote by hand it could be her handwriting, did she write in script?

Когда мне исполнилось 18 лет наша семья переехала в xxx
When I turned 18 our family moved to xxx

She replied in e-mail, but I am pretty sure it is not her own e-mail, so there is the chance that someone else typed from a handwritten manuscript.

I was expecting to receive a handwritten letter by post.

    But thanks for the help.

    povlhp,

    Nobody answered clearly

The word is наша. Наша семья our family. Plain as day, ignore the rest of the comments. Where the remaining thread went I have no clue.
