Yeah, its talking about one eye it seems. I know since its an old poem that makes it tough, but any similar translation that anyone could come up with would be great. Thanks for the replies either way...

Well, if my guess was right, I'd say "Этот прекрасный глаз, который тронул моё сердце".
Though, to be honest, it sounds strange without context. :D
