You know how you drive down the main drag of gigantic cities like San Francisco or Chicago and you see not one single Russian word? Then pop over to Russia and see several-stories high obnoxious advertising consisting of a lot of English words? Well you see the same thing here with бифоре. For some reason it is *really cool* to mangle your native language so you can look like a real clever dude who knows English. Конечно они скорее всего не знают, что каждый смсщик пишет before проще -- b4.
