"syndrom of inferiority" is "комплекс неполноценности".
"Неполноценность" is "lack of completness/potential/real value". "не полная ценность" = "not full value". "комплекс" (complex) is often used in russian medicine as "syndrom", probably as "complex of illness".
inferior/superior has many forms: "лучше/хуже, совершеннее/несовершеннее, превосходный, второсортный" и т.п.
