    I guess вот блин is used here to express surprise. Maybe they saw her in маршрутка and there was only a g-string on her.

    It means "wow!" or "whoa!" It's just an expression of surprise.

    Can anyone please make a comprehensive list of English interjections which are in common use, so as to keep the English-studying kept abreast?

    Or is it too much that I ask for?

    Yeah, they're not really phrases you'll often hear. Not even in England. Sorry to disappoint you.

    Rytom: picked that up from P. G. Wodehouse, actually. The absent-minded old gents are always adding ", what?" to the end of 'good things', like "Oh, cake, what?".

    In essence, ignore Seventh Monkey's suggestions
    don't try to always find literal meaning in all english exclamations, just as you wouldn't for Russian... in different contexts they mean different things Mine (wooweee (or something similar)) was an exclmation of surprise and joy!

    If you have Longman dictionary of contemporary English, you can easily select all the interjections from it. It's 201 of them in the 4th edition. Unfortunately there's no option to save the list to a file.
