    Must/Have to

How would I add, have to, or must into a sentence and what are the russian words for those.
    How would i say:
    You must/have to speak slowly.
    or
    You must/have to speak clearly.

and what are the literal translations of the russian into english.

    thanks

    Usually we say that way:

Ты обязан говорить медленно/понятно (by law)
Ты должен говорить… (it would be better for you)
    Ты вынужден говорить... (it’s necessary)
Тебе придется говорить… (someone or something will force you to do it)
Если мама сказала - ноу, то это значит - ноу!

It would be nicer to say:
    Говорите пожалуйста (....)
    Please speak (whatever)

if you are intending to use these phrases in a conversation with someone when they are talking too fast.
