"bombay is always competing with top class cities in india like delhi and bangalore so on my behalf when you see someone from these cities please tell them bombay rocks"

Stylistically, the original is just horrid, and so is the translation. I could make it better, but that would be more than just translating.

Yeah, "город высшего класса" - it's nonsence But Dehli = Дели, anyway, not "Дельфи".
