I have a feeling that this is not polite, this phrase, because of the person that I received it from. So, I do apologize if it's crass, but being that i do not speak the language, I do not know.
If someone could translate all or part of it.
I thought it was Russian, it may be Serbian.

Гастарбайтер is not Russian slang. It’s a German word – Gastarbeiter - foreign worker.
It is NOT Russian, no doubt about it.
