Thread: It is me again

Hello, it is me again, maybe I have come back to annoy you all. I am really sorry ! You have to understand that my main passion in life is culture and LANGUAGES. I love learning how to speak diffrent languages. Currently I have just started to learn how to speak Finnish. I can say for the people that may not know, that is a hard language to learn. At least I think so.

I think that I can do it tho and so I came up with this idea that why not give myself a really hard challenge and learn one of the most hardest languages in the world Russian. I choose this because it is one of the closet countries to Finland.

So I believe that if I suceed then wonderful, and if I fail, then I guess I can be optimistic and say "I tried".

Now, I'll get to the point of why I wrote this post. I would like if possible to write another nice text in Russian. The only thing is that the text has to be translated in the written form of' transliteration'. As I can not write the Russian letters on my computer keyboard. Which to me is ashame because I would like to make it look offical. Just to be able to translate on this site is more than good enough.

The text is:

I would really like to be your friend because since I have lived here in Finland I haven't had the chance to meet and make any new friends. I hope that we can learn and share with one another our cultural backgrounds. As I personally believe that I am a very ignorant person when it comes to learning about diffrent cultures , and I would like to change this way of thinking.

This is one of the main reasons why I hope that I can make good friends with you. I think that you can teach me a little bit about the Russian culture, and I can do the same for you but with English. The important thing that I would like you to know is that I want to be your friend for the person that you are. Not just for learning purposes. Otherwise then to me
there wouldn't really be a friendship.

I am really sorry if this is so long and hard to translate. As always I know it wan't be the exact translation as to how I've written it. If someone could translate it so it becomes understanble to a Russian person. Then I would be most greatful!!!

Я действительно хотела бы стать твой подругой потому что пока я жила здесь в Финляндии, у меня не была возможности кем-нибудь познакомиться и подружиться. Я надеюсь, что мы сможем лучше узнать и обменваться знаниями о культурном наследие наших стран. Я лично не очень хорошо знаю культурные других стран, но я хотела бы изменить эту ситуацию к лучшему

Это - одна из основнух причин, почему я надеюсь что мы могли бы стать с твой хорошими друзьями. Я думаю, что ты можешь поучить меня немного русской культуре, а я могу учить тебя английской. Я хотела бы, чтобы ты знала одну важная вещь я хочу быть твоим другом просто так, не только с целью обучения. Иначе для меня это не было бы настоящей дружбой.
