A little translation help
I am helping my girlfriend to apply for a student visa so she can study in the United States. She doesn't know the English equivelant of the following names and addresses. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Буц Марина Вікторівна
Адреса: м. Харків, вул. Курчатова, ?? кв.??.
Глєбова Кристина Олександрівна
Адреса: м. Харків, вул. 50 років ВЛКСМ, ?? кв. ???.

I think you're just going to straight-up transliterate this. You should probably get someone else (or more) to double check before you do it, but here's my translation:
Buts, Marina Viktorivna
Address: ?? Kurchatova Blvd., Apt. ??, Kharkiv, Ukraine
Glebova, Kristina Oleksandrivna
Address: (I'm not sure about the middle part, but here goes) ?? Fifty-Rokiv VLKSM Blvd., Apt. ???, Kharkiv, Ukraine
I just used the Fifty Rokiv VLKSM -- I think if you translate to 50 years of VLKSM (which is what it is i think) it'll just confuse the consular officer. Also, I think I would write out the fifty -- if you did back-to-back numbers you'd confuse them.

Re: A little translation help
м. - мiсто (city or town), вул. - вулиця (street) - it's Ukrainian.

Ukrainian has a different transliteration system, so leave it to the experts.
Buts, Maryna Viktorivna
Address:
## Apartment ##,
Kurchativ Street,
Kharkiv,
Ukraine.
Hlyebova, Krystyna Oleksandrivna
Address:
53 Apartment 236,
50 years of the All-Union Lenin Young Communist League avenue (you could abreviate this to just "50 years of the VLKSM avenue"),
Kharkiv,
Ukraine.
For Barmy, when you transliterate streets you put them back into the nominative.
So Vulytsya Kurchatova (the street of Kurchativ), becomes Kurchativ Street.
