    Letter writing stuff

Firstly, what do I put if I don't know the person's name.

Like Уважаемый Пётр Иванович, but what happens if I don't know the name.

    Like, "Dear Sir/Madam"?

Also how does one say "give me your e-mail address"?

    "give me your e-mail address":
In Russian, all nationalities and their corresponding languages start with a lower-case letter.

Couldn't you also make it slightly more formal and use Уважаемый + title/position/role. д.? Presumably TATY would know the position of the person he's writing if not their name/sex...
