    You may translate this as...

    Прекрасно!
    Отлично!
    Здорово!
    Потрясающе! (It's very fine!)

    But I think the better one is - Отлично!

    Those translations are great if you want to say "it's excellent" or "that's wonderful." But if you want to say "it's alright" (more subdued) you could say "нормално"
