i'm not sure as to how it's spelt.

My co-worker has taken to calling me a pet name. I don't know what it means, he says its good. But he doesn't know how to describe it in english. The russian kids at work laugh when it calls me it and the older russian kinda sigh. it's pronounced something like crasalapoolishka if that makes any sense.. he won't write it down for me so it makes things a little bit difficult. and I only know a little bit of russian so that doesn't help. any one can figure it out i'd really appreciate it. i'm going to work on learning the alphabet a bit more see if i can write it that way.

    crasalapoolishka

hmm... the first part is definitely крас - beautiful
    пулишка - little bullet?

Did it sound a bit like

    krasivayapoolishka?

it'd make more sense to sound like krasapoolishka, rather than the full adjective form красивая.

Depends whether it is one word or two.

The only words staring with krasa is krasavets (beautiful man), krasavitsa (beautiful woman) and krasavka (deadly nightshade (lol, that is what my dictionary says))

Hmm... so in cyrillic it would be красатулечка?

What does it mean, none of the dictionary knows the word...

    It's sorta double diminutive

красота - красатулька - красатулечка, very coloquial and humorous

I'll give you another one for fun

    колбаса - колбасулька - колбасулечка

Umm, that does sound quite a bit gay, so it doesn't work that well with me.

Well you get the idea if someone at work (your boss?) calls you wacky wabbit

Try it on someone else, TATY maybe
