utaschka, nichuja & shalawa (I think the last 2 are rude)

hello? does nobody know? Please I don't know how it is spelled in russian and I haven't got a dictionary

The second one is rude also. It is a derivative of "penis" (derogatory) and, as is often the case with this kind of words, can mean pretty much anything depending on context. The most likely meanings are "nothing", "never mind" and a stronger form of "no", "never", "no way", etc.

I cannot decode the first one. Can you restore the original phrase?

well the first one..i can't remember the sentece..but I think it's an animal..?

It could be "ptashka" (a word for a bird, usually a small one, it has some tender or poetic shades) or "utochka" (diminutive for a duck).

Well, the second one is impersonal and is not necessarily used to insult -- it is often used simply as a stronger form of another word. The third one is personal but is relatively mild. These words indicate poor style rather than willingness to insult.
