    Not "расходиться" but "разгонять". The noun is "разгон"

    I've seen foreigners make this mistake so many times that I have to point you out that:

    Помочь - is a verb
    Помощь is a noun

    So, спасибо за помощь not
    спасибо за помочь!
    I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.
    If you've spotted any mistake in my English, please, correct it. I want to be aware of any mistakes to efficiently eliminate them before they become a habit.

    The vowel "о" after Ш Ж Ч Щ and Ц is always relaced with "е" in unstressed suffixes and endings.

    Я долго не практиковал русский язык, так что я забыл много.
    or better:
    Я долго не практиковал русский язык, поэтому я забыл много.

    Just "так" being used alone does not make sense here. "Так что" is a more colloquial way to express "cause-effect" relationship. Another colloquial way to say that: "я долго не практиковал русский язык, вот я и забыл много" - the meaning is the same (cause-effect). Note that "и" is mandatory in this construction, it cannot be omitted.

    Some more advice:
    1) "я долго не практиковался в русском языке" is better than "я долго не практиковал русский язык";
    2) "я много забыл" sounds better than "я забыл много".
