Usually performing that is called "качать пресс". But actually it refers to any kind of "abdominal exercises". If there is a specific term for it in Russian, it doesn't seem to be widely known.
"Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?

Does скручивание likewise imply any kind of abdominal exercise? Or is the term not widely known?
