She has the hiccups-

She nodded- Она кивнула
I have a pencil case-
I'm to tired to do homework- Я слишком устала чтобы сделать домашнее задание
That's not fair!-
Why would she say that?- Почему она бы это сказала?
I will think of more later-
She tells good jokes-
Our teacher is evil-
She writes on the board- Она пишет на доске
The answer is written on the board- Ответ написан на доске
She always says she will, but never does-
I am so confused-
Why does she get to be with her, and not me?-
They got a new puppy-
I wish he wasnt dead-
He isn't dead-

Pour me a glass of milk- Налей/налейте мне стакан молока
She nodded- Она кивнула
I have a pencil case- У меня есть пенал. If it's not clear form the context you can say У меня есть пенал для карандашей.
I'm to tired to do homework- Я слишком устала чтобы делать домашнее задание
That's not fair!- Так не честно!
Why would she say that?- Почему бы она это сказала? grammatically right, but the area of usage is very narrow. In the following dialog it would sound pretty natural:
- И что бы она на это сказала?
- Ну, она бы сказала, что .....
- Почему бы она так сказала?
But in most case the translation will be just Почему она так/это говорит? Like in

"The phone message, Scully. She said there were so many things left unsaid. Why would she say that? Why would she torture me like that? Why wouldn’t she tell me what those things were?"

Сообщение на автоответчике Скалли. Она сказала, что столько много вещей остались невысказанными. Почему она так говорит? Зачем она меня так мучает? Почему бы ей было не сказать, что это были за (невысказанные) вещи?

They got a new puppy- У них новый щенок. / Они завели (себе) нового щенка.
I wish he wasnt dead- Я бы хотел, что бы он был жив. Or if it's an exclamation you can say as well: Эх, если бы (только) он был жив!
He isn't dead- Он не умер. Он жив.

Zheka... A bit of advice... i may give to you ? Instead of asking how to say... For example "She burped loud"... Why not just learn how to say "To burp" and then, if you don't know "she" learn "she" and if you don't know "loud", learn loud. Instead of asking for the entire phrase.

If you have a certain thing in your mind you want to say, why not ask for the words, then try to do it right yourself ? this way you get your infinitive, and practice, instead of just the past tense of one aspect... I don't know... just a thought ?

You can say Жека ONLY if Женя is male (Евгений)
For Евгения (female Женя) I'd say Женечка
