My nephew suggests it’s a weapon of some kind. Wouldn't it be funny if it was? In similar fashion a gun at times is called a tranquilizer.

Нагибатор is presumably derived from нагибать - to bend (over). + or, i.e. a something that bends people over
Ничё так = ничего (плохого) так (it's a rather nice smth)

Ничё так кофе (кофе неплохой) = it's a rather nice coffee
Ничё так учитель (учитель неплохой) = it's a rather nice teacher, etc

so, ничё так нагибатор = it's a rather nice bender over )))
