Help with fax to Russian hotel svp

I'm heading to Moscow and would like to send a fax to the hotel (have a confirmed reservation) asking:

    ***snip***
Does the hotel have a taxi service - or recommend a taxi service - for airport transfer to the hotel from SVO? I arrive on X date at Y time. Thank you for any information.
    ***end snip***

Can anyone render that into polite Russian so I can send a fax to the hotel? Google translate does an awful job. At least I know that much Russian. <g>

BTW, any advice on this part of the journey from you would be welcome. It looks harder than getting the flight over!

Here is my suggestion, only use in a pinch and nobody else (more Russian than I) has replied

The only thing I can recommend is not taking taxi's from the airport to the hotel, as they are notorios in charging extraoridnary prices to foreigners, when in reality it only costs much less. If you feel like saving a buck or two, try the bus system and/or marshrutka and/or the subway. I assume your hotel is in downtown, so there should be an easy link from the airport to the subway, and from there on Moscow is at your feet!
I am a notourriouse misspeller. Be easy on me.
Yo hablo español mejor que tú.

As Kalinka already wrote, price will be more likely robbing.
Please, correct my mistakes, except for the cases I misspell something on purpose!

    Thank you What kindness !

After I return, I hope to contribute something here. Pay forward what can't be paid back.

As for the advice about cabs from SVO: you are definitely well informed! SVO cabs are legend.

Did you know there is a new train at SVO that, after a 10-minute walk, takes you directly to Savelovsky, where one _could_, in theory, transfer to Metro. However, we're going to be 9-hours jet lagged, heavier than usual suitcases, and speaking poorly Russian. Don't you agree that this combo -> taxi ? <g>

Taxi isn't too expensive. It's about $50. Price of the train ticket is 200 rubles for a person, afaik.
