    headlines!

ok so i have 3 small questions here on a real estate article, any help is much appreciated!

    1. Данная концепция, сложившаяся на базе стихийных рынков, широко распространена во многих регионах.

so does this mean it is built on a site where the previous roofed market collapsed? i know thats not an uncommon thing to happen on poorly built indoor markets...

    2. Ловля на демпинг
does this refer to stopping lessees low balling prices? here's the start of the paragraph for more context:
В сегментах электроники и бытовой техники, обуви и товаров для детей на рынке уже много операторов, в том числе сетевых. «Но практика подобных ТЦ показывает, что преимущественный состав арендаторов в таких проектах – небольшие частные павильоны, торгующие одинаковой продукцией по разным ценам, эдакий специализированный рынок под крышей»,

    3.Рыбаки – рыбакам
again, another header before part of the article, but how should i understand this? does is hint to the proverb Рыбак рыбака видит издалека? or is it smt else entirely?

    thanks !!

No, "сложиться" does not mean "collapse." This sentence means someting like "This concept/idea, which has arisen on the basis of unregulated markets, is widespread in many regions". It doesn't sound like very good Russian, actually. This style of writing is a kind of bureaucratic newspeak.

    Insufficient data

It can be either unregulated market in the macroeconomic sense, or an unauthorized marketplace (without appropriate licence). The example of tiny "стихийные рынки" are babushkas, selling staff near subway stations. They are not supposed to be there. These markets can be quite big, with dozens or even hundreds of sellers.

What the babushkas are doing sounds like "selling without a permit", see http://ezinearticles.com/?Selling-Perfu ... &id=312354 It appears this may be perfectly legal in the UK, see http://www.dsa.org.uk/legislation.htm
