Thread: Is this guy really speaking Russian?

Hello people, i'm beginning to learn russian and im starting to try listening the language to understand accents and such.

I came across this video and im trying to figure it out if this guy is really speaking russian or not.

I check out his other videos and none of them is russian, i believe he is brazilian, but i could capture some words in russian, that's why i came here for help!

Definitely not Russian. Not even single word.
The title «Відэа для маіх Русо вентылятара» looks like an erroneous google translation to Belorussian. What he speaks, however, is nowhere near Belorussian too. I wonder, is it a real language at all?
