I'm writing a report on laser printers for one of my University classes and I need to incude data in some parts.

I came across this graph when I Google searched 'laser printer market':

But, I'm not quite sure exactly what it says here.

Am I right in thinking it is a graph of how many color laser printers were sold between 2001-2005?

Could someone translate what the words actually say and mean.
If it's relevant I can use it in my report I haven't been able to find a simple printer sales graph in English.

Does it give any indication whether this is for the general printer market or just for the sales in Russia...?

Russian market isn't mentioned here, probably it's a global one.
It can be Ukrainian market because of "ua" in the filename... Server is Ukrainian too.

The site and the company are Ukrainian so I'd guess it's about the Ukrainian market or some part of it, one has to look at the context in which the picture appeared to find that out. The bars are labeled "market size" (whatever it is in the context), and the line is marked "lowest price".
