Fire Marshall

We have some nice old Russian ladies doing custodial work in our building -- and they keep shutting off a light that is supposed to be on at all times.

I need:

"Attention: This light switch must remain ON at all times by order of the Fire Marshall."

I don't know exactly what is the "Fire Marshall", but it sould be something like that:

"Внимание: По распоряжению пожарных, этот выключатель должен всё время оставаться ВКЛЮЧЕННЫМ!!"

ВНИМАНИЕ! СВЕТ НЕ ВЫКЛЮЧАТЬ!!!

Ahhh! Very nice! I knew "Fire Marshall" was going to cause a few head scratches -- but I wanted to include it for an touch of authority. "Inspector" hadn't occured to me. Pretty clever. ;)

Heck, I'm not sure how they communicate with each other. This is a big facility with dozens of custodians. Many are recent immigrants from a variety of countries. They tend to work in groups. Along with the Americans, one group is Korean, one group is Hispanic, one group is Russian. etc. They do fantastic work, so I suspect their supervisor is adept at pantomime.
