Thank you very much. :D
Just one more quick question.
What does the following mean?
Ай-на-нэ, вставляй, народ
I translate it as
Ah-Na-Hey, insert, people
But this does not make any sense.
народ is more like a nation, or group of people of the same ethnicity.
So then
Ай-на-нэ, вставляй, народ = Ai-na-ne, insert, nation
It still sounds weird.
I looked up вставляй in Rambler Slovari and it came back as:
вставлять, вставить
put; (вделывать) fix; (в текст) put in, insert, introduce
Are you sure it's Вставлять and not вставать?
sometimes in slang speech "народ" means "friends". — Привет, народ! — Hello, friends!
вставлять here probably means something that I even don't know how to translate adequately. It means "to do something great and funny and enjoy it". More or less correct translation "Ay-Nah-Neh, let's go, people/friends!"
Огромое спасибо за помоч. :D
its помочь.
and then it's за помощь

Mein previous post is incorrect. "Вставляй" means "insert" because it relates to "gold teeth"
Crown is коронка, not a whole tooth.Quote:
