    what's the root for "best"? I have a poster that says
    "лучших сосок"

    that I understand means "The Best (rubber) Nipples"


    Also, why "наилучшими"?

    I guess it was pretty popular during the Soviet system. There were loads of such posters in the 1920s. Lots of them were invented by Mayakovsky. Do you know this Soviet poet? He was pretty popular at the time.
