ok, this is in latin, but I am listening to voice of russia, and they say..
'vweferia, golis russey'
I understand the 'golis russey' part is voice of russia... what is the first word?
also... after it says some more, if i hear it right it says 'myeznoit itkraneetz'
what does that mean?

The Greek letter Theta used to exist in Russian, it was pronounced the same as Ф though.
