Could someone translate this saying please

    It is

НЕ ИЩИТЕ НИКОГДА, никому, НИКАКИХ ОПРАВДАНИЙ, Если чЕловЕк ТАК ПОСТУПИЛ, ЗНАЧИТ ОН ТАК ХОТЕЛ

which translates roughly in english to this.

DO NOT LOOK FOR EVER, no, no excuses, if the person to do so, then he is so anxious

Being new to learning Russian it looks like it a masculine saying and not aimed at a male person how I am sort of interpreting it. Could someone explain it better please?

    Kind Regards

    Dave

Don't you ever give any excuses for anyone. If a person did something, this was what they had intended to do.

A very dumb "saying" if you ask me. Actually, it's no saying, just a kind of internet meme. The phrase is impersonal and doesn't target males specifically. The only reason there is any male correlation in the phrase is because человек is masculine and you refer back to the word throughout the sentence.

    Hope this helps somehow.

I do not claim that my opinion is absolutely true.

And you'd distort the meaning that way. The original is about finding a reason to excuse someone, not about accepting an excuse. There is a distinct difference there. So that's why I wrote what I wrote. Although:

Don't you ever make any excuses for anyone...

might be a better or even the correct way of saying that. But I can't really say, I'm not a native English speaker.

    Yeah, iCake's
Don't you ever give any excuses for anyone. If a person did something, this was what they had intended to do.
    is mostly valid.

I'd only change the "give-part" to:
Don't you ever look for any excuses for anyone's deeds...
...Whatever someone did was what they were aiming to do.
Another month ends. All targets met. All systems working. All customers satisfied. All staff eagerly enthusiastic. All pigs fed and ready to fly.
